Ensure that your host system is configured for SSL client
authentication.
2.
If SSL client authentication is required, you need to import
your personal certificate to the Windows certificate store
before PASSPORT can use it. One of the way to do this is:
In
Internet Explorer, go to Tools - Internet Options.
Select
the Content tab.
Click
the Certificates button.
Select
Client Authentication as the Intended Purpose.
Click
the Import button.
The
Import Wizard will prompt you for the location of your client
certificate.
3.
Select the store where you want the certificate to be placed.
It is recommended that you select the option to allow Internet
Explorer to Automatically Select the Appropriate Store Based
on the Certificate Type unless you have been instructed otherwise.
4.
Click the Finish button.
5.
Close Internet Explorer.
6.
Restart PASSPORT FTP and select the certificate from 'My Store' |
